Dr Ruben Sivarajah
Experience and expertise acquired from a career in dentistry both around Australia and internationally, Dr Nirooban (Ruben) Sivarajah is an Associate Dentist at St Lucia Dental. He brings to our practice dedication and skill, in the fields of surgical dentistry and facial aesthetics.

The best aspect of my job is I get to meet and interact with patients from all walks of life. It is a real pleasure to help them to achieve a glowing smile. It is great ot be part of a work environment where every member, from receptionist to dentist, is focused on delivering the bestpossible care for our patients.
Career History
Graduating in dentistry in London, Dr Ruben spent time working in the UK at practices in both London and coastal Brighton. Tempted by the sun and better weather Dr Ruben then decided to head down-under! Having worked four enjoyable years in private practice serving the Gladstone community (Central Queensland), he moved to Brisbane to return to city life and pursue his passion for teaching. Dr Ruben has also spent time on the charitable YWAM medical ship where he was able, as part of a specialised team, offer much needed dental services to the most remote regions of Papua New Guinea.
Qualifications
Dr Ruben Sivarajah graduated from the prestigious King’s College London in 2010, with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery. He further obtained his diploma of Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) awarded by the Royal College Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013.
With a passion for education and learning Dr Ruben has undergone extensive post-graduate training in the field of implantology.
Having trained both locally and as far as Colombia, learning from the best clinicians internationally. Dr Ruben is an accredited member of the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry and of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr Ruben understands that dentistry is a continually evolving field, and is strongly committed to continual professional development to ensure that he is able to provide the best and most up-to-date treatments for his patients.
He has a passion for surgical dentistry and facial aesthetics.
