I love seeing my patients faces' light up when they see their smiles for the very first time. Or the smile of relief when I can help get someone out of pain.
Going to the dentist can be such a daunting experience so nothing makes me happier than allaying these fears and seeing my patients relaxed and comfortable when they leave.
Dentistry is an extremely rewarding career, which I am only just starting into, and the amazing team at St Lucia Dental radiate such warmth and care that it is an absolute pleasure to come to work everyday.
Career History
Dr Erika Green has been in the dental industry for eight years. She had her first experience with dentistry in grade 11 at high school, aiding in reception and sterilisation a few afternoons per week at a practice on the Sunshine Coast.
She then started at St Lucia Dental in 2015, working in sterilisation and dental assisting, whilst studying her Bachelor of Dental Science.
Whilst studying, she also participated in a rural clinical placement for five months at the Maryborough Hospital Dental Clinic.
Qualifications
Dr Erika Green graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honors).
